SPECIAL NOTES:
A Christmas & New Year surcharge is applicable at Xakanaxa & Kwando Camps between 20 December 2011 – 04 January 2012 at U$ 45.00 per person per night. This is not included in the above costings.
All package rates are based on seat-in-charter rates. You may therefore have stops at other airstrips en route to your destination. Luggage limit of 20 kgs in soft luggage bags strictly applied. This is the total allowance and includes hand luggage and photographic equipment. Please note that any overweight luggage will incur an additional charge and may not necessarily travel with passenger nor will it necessarily arrive at destination on the same day as passengers
All package rates are subject to a minimum of two persons travelling together, otherwise a single air charter seat rate will apply
Rates quoted are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control
Changes in the routing of the itinerary of any of our packages will result in a change in the costs
Packages are subject to availability at the time of reservation

INCLUDES:
• Accommodation in double / twin / single as required
• 3 meals per day
• Air transfers as specified on a seat in charter basis. Scheduled road and boat transfers as specified
• Laundry, daily game viewing and nature activities, local brand alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks at all properties
• National Park entrance and Concession Conservation fees
• Domestic airport departure taxed out of Maun and Kasane Airport
• Emergency medical evacuation insurance only – guests need to take out additional travel insurance
• Stanley Safari Lodge, Zambia includes Livingstone airport transfers, a guided tour of the Victoria Falls (excluding park fees) and sunset cruise

• All items of a personal nature, porterage and gratuities
• Premium brand drinks
• Visas (please thoroughly check requirements for the countries being visited prior to travel)
