The prize:

A four night stay for two at Xakanaxa Camp, including flights from Maun.

Includes accommodation, full board, drinks, laundry, activities, and charter flights from and to Maun.

Excludes private vehicle, International flights from and to Maun, safari/ other holiday extensions for prize-winner and partner.

2nd RUNNER UP will receive three nights accommodation - no transfers

3rd RUNNER UP will receive two nights accommodation - no transfers

Terms and conditions:

  1. Anyone who stays at Xakanaxa Camp between 01 January 2012 and 31 December 2013 can enter the competition. Photographs must be taken while staying at Xakanaxa Camp.  No employees of Moremi Safaris and Tours may enter the competition.
     
  2. Closing date for entries is 31 January 2013.
     
  3. The prize is subject to availability, and valid for travel between 01 March 2013 and 31 December 2013. Prizes are non-redeemable in cash but can be transferred to family members and friends. Arrangements must be made through your original booking source.
     
  4. Your entry constitutes agreement to allow photographs to be reproduced by Moremi Safaris and Tours for marketing purposes whether published, on websites and any other promotional purposes. All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of our terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
     
  5. You must be the sole author and owner of the copyright for all images entered.
     
  6. Judges will be management of Moremi Safaris and Tours, Geoff McIlleron and Mattias Klum (an award winning National Geographic photographer). The judge’s decision on all matters relating to the competition is final.
     
  7. Winners and commended photographers will be notified in writing in February 2013 and the result will be published on the Xakanaxa Camp website: www.xakanaxa-camp.com
     
  8. Entries must be digital images. Up to 10 digital images may be entered on our website per stay at Xakanaxa Camp.
     
  9. Your entries should have following information: Your name, picture name (e.g. EBoehme1.jpg), other information required is the dates of your stay (e.g. 2 June till 7 June 2011), name of your guide, name of the tour operator you made your original booking with and hardware details (i.e. name of camera, lens etc).
     
  10. Pictures must entered by 31 January 2013
